Most US stocks remain grossly overvalued. Richard Russell notes:

"January ended with the S&P selling at 28.49 times trailing reported earnings along with a dividend yield of 1.89%. Thanks for the quotation from Churchill.

Not only is Bush not "yielding to war fever," he is trying to stir it up. That makes him a double fool.

Now I wish that the UN would, with calm deliberation, conclude that Saddam is a menace that must be removed. But I think there is too much domestic politics in what Bush is doing.
