If 250 women died from the illegal abortion, that means that 10 times that suffered damage to their reproductive systems, so at least 2500 wouldn't be able to have children, when they were ready to have them. That means that, making abortion illegal caused the defacto death of at least 2500 future children. It means that more kids would be "technically" aborted if abortion were illegal. Let's all agree to keep abortion safe, private, inexpensive, and often.
