Dude: I had a great trip to Kitt Peak although it was definitely subdued since I arrived there just a few hours after the shuttle accident. Spent two nights on the mountain...7000 feet up in the Arizona desert. Cold and windy but skies were unbelievable. I laid outside just looking at the sky for about 3 hours the second night when the sky was absolutely transparent. Could see things with my eyes that sometimes are hard to see with a telescope at home. Andromeda galaxy M31 was bigger than the moon. 2 million light years away. Anyway, back to reality, I guess. Hope things are good with you. Think about these words written 3000 years ago by a David...

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

Psalms 8:3-4
