I'm not into saying what exactly they could have done,
the fact is they had reason to know something was
wrong and did nothing, just hoped they would get
lucky, they didn't even try.
Getting out side to look would not be anything
like as hard as you paint it. The tile is not so
fragile they couldn't have looked at it,
that's bullshit.

of Government, hell it's just as bad
