What are the grounds to think these guys are foreign citizens?

It's a question. I didn't bring it up. But now that it's been asked, I am concerned about the two questions I have posed:

a) Is it actually US policy not to have anyone with foreign passport in an influential policy-making position? That obviously excludes any policy-irrelevent positions such as scientific research you mention. It's hard to see how you can jump to that conclusion.

b) Are there any currently, or can anyone make that statement, officially, and dispose of the matter?

Otherwise, should anyone have foreign allegience as evidenced by a passport, they should definitely be exposed and their conflict declared as such with any public appearance in their official capacity when making statements or claims to the American people.

It would be outrageous to have anyone so compromised in an influential position in our gov't, and not have that clearly and plainly disclosed.
