So the way to solve problems is BRIBERY? How does that end the fact that the Palestinians consider that Jews stole their land and they want it back? A million bucks makes more land in the same place? Wanna bet? And that isn't just ANY piece of real estate, remember. That's the HOLY LAND. God will not forgive you if you sell it for the gifts of Mammon. Will you sell your immortal soul (assuming you think you have one- -they do) for $1,000,000? Those are the arguments that will keep that pot brewing. You doubt it? The Saudis did get a heap of money. What have they done? Used it to to fund schools for mass murderers. What's your plan when the Arabs have taken your billions, buy weapons, wipe out the Jews, and now decide to turn them on YOU?
