f course, the key with XMSR is reaching cash flow breakeven by 2004.

I believe they've got the money to do IF their projections hold up. Thus far, they've made their subscription targets every quarter.

The big issue is whether GM puts the radios in the number of cars they've agreed to. The uptake rate on factory installs is like 70%. Honda, also. But GM has made a stronger commitment.

The thing is these businesses have little variable costs -- almost all fixed. So once breakeven is hit, they generate tons of cash.
