George, I believe many rational Jewish people see the same you do. Likudnik hawks are in power now and they play their power in an extreme manner. Likudnik hawks may be thinking they will stay in power for ever. But the history hasn't show a case. Extreme action invites extreme reaction. That's where the danger lies. I hope the situation will be steered back to the rational direction.

As an American gentile, one of the folks you seem worried about turning on the Jews, I'll just give my opinion. The most explicitly anti-American people I know of are Noam Chomsky and his associates. Many of them are Jewish. Yet I don't see any sign they've caused any turning against the Jews. So I think you're worrying about nothing.
