I believe the number they arrived at is for a family of four. This will result in about $1100 savings in taxes. more kids less tax ...less kids less tax savings.... no kids in middle bracket.. punt. esp. if you do not have a lot of dividend paying stocks.

when will you people stop with the class warfare?

The "so-called" rich pay the bulk of all taxes.
Logic dictates that a tax cut will favor those who pay the taxes.

The tax cut benefit accrues to those who pay taxes. It does not accrue to those who don't. It accrues more to those who pay a lot of tax than those who pay a little tax. If the top 2% pay 40% of the tax, they should get at least 40% of the tax cut, otherwise we are raising their taxes relative to the rest of the tax paying public.
