CSCO... how the mighty have fallen... Agree. Resistance is near 14, where we also have the 60min and daily down trendline. A break above 16 would look very bullish due to a reverse Head and Shoulders breakout. Other than that, the longer trend is down. There must be some support in the 12.70 area, and then below, on the way to test October lows (hard to believe, somehow...)
