If you could be honest with yourself, you would see it is not on point. It is in fact saying the opposite of what you said you "remembered". It says nothing about people not being personal on SI. Were you thinking it addressed that? Because if you are, then your memory AND your reading skills are impaired- and I thought it was just your memory.
