Is there any explanation that there is a gap of the rise in POG and HUI/XAU index?

Or, HUI/XAU has yet to break out May/June 2002 high?

His end of month calls for the first five months of 2003:

Feb 438

March 484

April 484

May 673

He hit January to the dollar and is on track for February.
