I have declared a plan to take over USA power by means of the Q. I can declare it because there's nothing they can do about it. That's because they'll benefit from it. The arrogance of military power is that one believes oneself to be the one who should dictate to other people at the point of a gun. In the Q world, it'll be a matter of free will between consenting adults. Temporal power will be to defend 3D interests. We Qsters will gradually develop our own global security system, which will replace the anachronistic USA military power. The current military generals are preparing to fight the last war, while I'm lining up something much more difficult for them to deal with. The free will of free people. Heck, they'd even say "That's no problem, we are here to defend free people". So you can see they won't even put up a fight. It'll be a bloodless transfer of power. Right there in the open! There won't be anything that governments can do about it. Nor will they want to, unless they are despots and American power will deal with despots. For example Saddam, who must be having a LOT of fun. He has trained all his life for this, his big moment. Taking on the USA. Mqurice
