I have never believed that anything short of " have sex with me or lose your job" is harassment. But your sisters and the law believe otherwise. Very much otherwise. I believe this because you just can't legislate laws that govern all aspects of the human sex drive. Yes you can. All i takes is stupid legislators out to satisfy a special interests group with lots of money or lots of votes. Management needs to be responsive to each complaint and be reasonable and fair to the man as well as the woman. In the case I cited, ultimately management wasn't the problem. The law and the courts were the problem. In fact, I have always thought that you guys are at a disadvantage because of testosterone and need your own type of liberation. If I ever have any problems, I plan on pleading insanity due to testosterone poisoning.
