"The human mind is simply too fragile to really deal with the evil we are capable of creating."

Isn't it often said and proven that we will only acknowledge what we can handle? The mind will not allow us to entertain things that are too painful. Even under hypnosis it is necessary to create 'safe rooms" where the unconscious mind can go if needed.

Maybe the Republicans are all sitting in their "safe rooms" while watching Dubya and his cronies ruin this country and world. SOMEBODY QUICK..............WAKE THEM UP and bring them out of it!!! Oh the pain...........the pain!!!

My husband recently told me that some of his very conservative friends have rethought out their support of the Iraq invasion and now think we had better not do it.......................they came to that conclusion after the shuttle exploded. I have to admit it is quite thought-provoking to even the most unbelieving soul after the shuttle exploded over a Texas town called Palestine while carrying the Israeli pilot that bombed the Iraq nuclear plant...................it really is quite a set of circumstances considering our Pres from Texas is about to send US troops to invade Iraq.

Hel...............I also read in the San Jose Mercury yesterday that Rumsfeld has put 24 bombers on alert against North Korea??????????????? WE HAVE ABSOLUTE MADMEN RUNNING THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!

Maybe Bush feels it's OK if N. Korea sends a nuke to Ca........afterall he didn't need us to win the last selection process. And besides, his buddy Ken lay is probably still wanting to get even with us for foiling his "energy crisis" plans which precipitated the demise of his darling little Enron. Then Bush could come out here in his radiation suit , plant the US flag at the ruins of the GOlden Gate Bridge and vow to catch the Pres of N. Korea, " dead or alive". It would give him another year or so of high poll ratings as the central US population retreated to their "safe rooms".
