Great information it looks like 2Q FY03 had a couple of big orders US$20K+ Orders. And so far the sales have amounted to US$119K with US$114K in FY03 and US$51K in January alone. It certainly looks like the sales are ramping up. The big questions is can Pyng produce the F.A.S.T. 1 fast enough. My impression was that they could only produce 500 or 600 per week but maybe I am wrong. Hopefully Mike or David will provide the actual production capacity.

I think that the Army's requirements will be in the neighborhood of 45,000 units ( 40,000 for the medic kits and 5,000 for ambulances and field hospitals). Obviously they will not need all of the units at once. This announcement should mean steady production for several months and a guaranteed cashflow stream for the year. This is just a guess on my part. If the US goes to war it would be significantly more probably. I think it will take Pyng almost two years at 500 per week to fill this need.

I hope that I am wrong I would hate for one of the lesser infusion products to get some of the Army's business just because Pyng does not have the production capacity to deliver in time for troop deployment.

Some where I read that Pyng expected to breakeven in the next couple of quarters. If the non-military sales can grow to cover the monthly nut then the military sales should provide a profit of about 60% of the sales. Even at 2000 military units a month the sales would be US$197,000 not too shabby and profits could be $1MM over the next year. This level of sales would surely make Pyng profitable.
