Upon re-evaluation this is what I think (FWIW):

If it gets above 1310 (the open), it is likely to fill the gap to 1320 or so. But, the pitch of the move up and its near-perfect linear shape, are telling me that it is more likely not to make it to that level today.
So my vote is down without gap-fill. But that IS just a guess at this point
