Is that the same appeasement that Iraq used against Kuwait? Or, against the Kurds, when Saddam slaughtered thousands? Or is it the same appeasement that Saddam used against the Muslims in South Iraq? When Saddam used chemical weapons on his own people, was that appeasement?

Saddam might be your hero, but to the civilized world, he represents a deadly threat. You can bend over to him, America won't.
