Bush's oil prices are a huge slealth tax on every American.
No coincidence we have not had low gas prices since Bush took office. They like the prices as high as possible. Frank Murkowski even admitted it in session whenb he blurted "oil prices aren't high enough yet"! (to push through their oil-drilling plans in the wilderness and wildlife refuges) back in 2001.
