Well, I was hoping you could answer that, Bob. With the Lone Star's unfortunate weather patterns and an obvious disregard for conserving natural resources, it gives me smug feelings watching your fellow residents crank up the A/C back at the ranch with three Ford Excursions sporting dead cow parts on the front grills in the half-acre driveway. Whether or not you can avoid blackouts is up to the IPP's that serve Texas and FERC.
