The start of the action is the bounce point followed by a fast sharp rise. Hard to get into the start of the action.

I thought that too, but that rise would be pricing in improved business conditions which I don't think will happen, because international tech sales are gone and probably won't recover with Bush. Thats what I'm hearing from semi equip people anyway. Asia is afraid of a war with Korea its not enough to solve the iraq issue.
