<<SO you cite a guy known to have lied under oath to prove he didn't lie under oath??????>>

This will be the third time i've told you that Clinton lied under oath.

I even offered an obvious example of him lying.

Making your response utterly incomprehensible to me.

<<The fact that he found Slick had lied under oath but did not use the word "perjury" does NOT mean Slick didn't commit perjury.>>

The judge was a woman by the way.

The Jones case was summarily dismissed making all deposition testimony immaterial.

That's why it wasn't perjury.

Ask a lawyer.

I don't know what else to say.

Steve

Its usually a felony in most states to practice law without a license.....<g>

Technically...Clinton was fined by the federal Court for misleading it...i.e., failing to answer questions put by the Judge in a truthful manner and I believe, for submitting into evidence affidavits he knew to contain false testimony. He was fined for this reprehensible and fraudulent behavior. Clinton was never convicted for his obvious perjury before the Jones Court or the federal grand jury, although anyone who maintains he did not perjure himself, obstruct justice, tamper with witnesses, etc., also probably believes OJ is out there looking for the real killer...... hehehehehehe
