Simply put, personal growth requires time. Obviously some people are more inclined to learn than others for a variety of reasons. Personally, there is no question that I have matured since I was in my twenties. In many respects, I was still a child and I would not want to go back there. Certainly there are those who are wise beyond their years and equally true, age does not ensure wisdom. In the final analysis though, I believe it must be conceded that wisdom is developed and this is a continual process of learning.
