Certainly money is a important to a lot of people but other than that observation I don't agree with your post, that is I disagree to the extent that I can understand what point you are trying to make.

Hi AJ,

<<<The philosophy that runs the world is money. Blow off the munitions to make more munitions. Cash up on the price of oil. Blow them up so we can build them up again. Big money does not care about right or wrong, up or down.>>>

Isn't that the truth? I realized a along time ago that military hardware was the most profitable of all of man-made items.. It can be used only once.. Because it is destroyed upon "use".. And added benefit, what it hits is also destroyed.. A to-fer one..(dark grin).. So both have to be rebuilt.. At a profit maybe.. Gives a person something to do and an incentive...

When we were little kids, back on the place, we had a dirt pile by the house.. No sand boxes for us..<g>.. Anyway we had little trucks, bull dozers, graders, etc.. We built many little roads, dams, bridges, etc.. But then we were all at ONCE, DONE.. What do you do now?

I used to think to myself.... When I got tired of running the little vehicles up and down the same roads, TIRESOME. So what do we do NOW?.. So we grabbed a stick and messed it up. so we could build it again...

We "bombed" the heck out of our own work so we could build it again.. It gaves us a job, and most importantly, something to do... <g>

And again, I think here, after reading many posts, that it seems like the ones that are the most in favor of the war, have the least to do, the least purpose... People need something to do, to have a purpose, a distraction.. imo..to give their meaningless life a meaning..

Maybe when a society gets too fat, have built "all their roads", they need something to do..And MAKE a profit TOO . A TO-FER again..And more safely too than "messing up" your own "dirt pile", you mess up.. someone else's .. I don't know.. It is just a thought..

So why don't they go out and explore for gold or diamonds, stake some claims, contract a drill rig and drill and see what they got?.. <g>..

It would be one helluva of a lot less destructive and MORE importantly cause ONLY ONE IOTA of the grief to humanity than the other way does..And heck, it gives those sideline chearleaders something to do.. Again just a recommendation..And I used to give recs. to ALL the explorers, and I am proud of that..

Good luck,

c
