No backtracking at all. You said that we had no health care system. We have no socialized health care system (well there is a lot of government involvement so even that claim can be disputed) but we definitely have a system for delivering health care. I responded to what you posted. Sure I could try to guess at what you actually mean. I might even get pretty good at it, but if I guess wrong the conversation would get really weird. So instead I respond to what you post rather then guessing as to what you actually mean. Tim

You would have to be stupid to misread my post. I made a very specific post setting out specific facts in response to your post. You have conveniently ignored it. Almost every American has the best healthcare in the world. What is your basis for criticizing it? Is your criticism predominantly based on the fact that the best healthcare system in the world has a substantial private element? No matter how good the healthcare is, if it isn't a socialist program you don't approve? It seems the liberals on this thread have become unable to fashion a competent response on just about every issue. Perhaps you and that genius American Spirit should get your heads together. Case closed.

Al Re...You would have to be stupid to misread my post. I didn't misread your post. Could you please show me where you said public in that post to Tim. If you didn't say public, quit trying to say you did. Relative to a conservative viewpoint, it's hard to be wrong. HMM I wonder what you meant by that. I interpret that to mean that compared to conservatives, its hard for liberals to be wrong all the time. Hey, this interpreting messages thing isn't so bad.
