My vote is for the crystal (glass) buildings. The Lattice towers are a tremendous waste of prime office rental space.

And that's what is needed to reinvigorate that part of Manhattan..

The WTC will not be rebuilt. The historical moment when such super tall buildings could be erected is over - for a long time to come. But - if they will end up building something tall, the UN should be moved into the higher floors.
