Software could have some problems although I'm leaning more to the insulation the more I hear and read. I just sent this to our President and Vice President- After reading several articles about how the re formulated insulation on the Shuttle fuel tanks probably lead in some way to the recent tragedy, I have a possible solution. Issue an Executive Order that the old formula foam that used freon can be used in this special situation of insulating the Shuttle fuel tanks. The amount of CFCs is negligible in the scope of world usage and lives and our space program is at stake. I did sign it.
