Sheesh talking about year 2006. People should be wondering how we will get through next Winter.

Take a look at the EIA electric power reports for 2000/2001. There was allot of #6 oil burned along the gulf coast. Also in many areas of the NE, NG is curtailed because the pipelines cant supply heating and industrial use at the same time during peak loads. Fuel switching is real and we saw by my calcs which were similar to reports from others that 900 bcf was cut by fuel switching.

Whats the problems with fuel switching anyway? It ensures a high price. Many new plants have restrictions on how much oil can be burned FYI.

I did see in the south some utilities failed to deliver heating gas because demand was too high.

Anyway Frank, you got the story down and OSX 120 is on the horizon.
