Even if Roe v Wade is not repealed, I think the economy and the markets will do Duh-mbya in. Going to the voters with 4 straight years of losses on the markets (and possibly a fifth, in 2004) and blaming it all on Clinton so he can get another ride, is not gonna work. You can fool all people some of the time, but not all of them all of the time.
