so ok they are 'hiring'..with supply far far below demand. I guess I was driving at the supply demand stuff and that is the NET hiring I was referring to. That more folks coming into workforce than exiting/languishing/moving on to something else.

I don't know about the others, but I know that 36 job postings for PSFT is below replacement at current attrition levels. More than 36 will leave before desirable applicants for these jobs are hired.
