If you think this is maximum fear , watch the fear after the October lows get taken out. I think that will be the point of recognition for most that they aren't recovering their money anytime soon and could lead to the 401 K
liquidation I think needs to happen before a decent low is
put in. I don't think software will escape the carnage.
