United Nations Security Council Resolutions Currently Being Violated by Countries Other than Iraq

Uh hmmm... NONE of those resolutions are BINDING RESOLUTIONS, as are the ones which have been levied against Iraq.

This difference lies in what chapter of the UN charter those resolutions were file under. Iraq is the only current nation that is the recipient of binding resolutions under Chapter VII of the UN charter.

The difference is that binding resolutions involve the use of force to compel adherence.
