Flies in the face? Sounds like my former main squeeze. <G>

How could I forget lumber? I am a Weyerhauser and IP trader since the Earth was cooling and have been very long lately. Forest land prices have beaten inflation for over 150 years. One of the great holdings of all time, though it does not hatch nutburgers like "goldbugs" or stock market "long and wrongers til they die."

Not only is this great stuff, but it isn't gone when you harvest it. You simply plant new trees and wait 20 years or so.

One note: the biggest bargains for forest products are on the Equator, where trees grow twice as fast. Unfortunately, all of the cos. down there are managed by old families that have inbred away any intelligence of their founders.
