Why should Calif get federal help and not other states that were more fiscally responsible?

There is perhaps no greater need in the markets than for CEO's of Tech companies to begin busting ass for the shareholders, it's about time these companies grew up, it is extremely likely that 100's of companies could begin dividends at once.

Having huge bank balances while it may be good for the egos of those sheparding the accounts, it encourages a entropy and a mediocrity that is quite unacceptable.

California is a state with much the same problems as every other house divided. A vocal minority is running the show and running it quite badly, everything is a diversion so the pimps can continue the game. The key to California and other states with similar event probabilities is simple; all the voting blocks that can be bought have been. The disparate majority is the one paying the bill and believe me when I say awareness of this is growing by the minute.

I've got good data that says the NON voting Majority is close to blowing up the political hegemony operating in that state. California is unique in many ways, one of them is it's know for surprises, IMO the Politics of usual will be getting a forced haircut by voters coming off the bench.
