It has downed in the US nation that the end of their hegemony is near. Hence they will speak loud and louder. They will hit at the minimum provocation. The animal is mortally wounded and sensing the presence of death still try to dissuade the predators closing in. I don\t think the end of US's hegemoninc power will be slowly and painful a la England. Perhaps it just fall like the Russia hegemonic power, just blow it and will fall off.
