aj, not many gold perma bulls got this right. Typical.

I'm just a verrry patient counter, and I believe in the fundamental backdrop for what is happening. More strongly every day. We have a bunch of idiots in power and they will make this situation much worse than it needs to be. And no it ain't so much about Irag and war premiums.

Going poot shopping again, for rotation of gold profits, soon. Present core group of poots doing just fine. I'm going to ride these two horses headed in opposite directions as best I can - ops like these don't generate everyday.

As we listen to "Waiting for the Worms" by Pink Floyd.

ajtj, what's your take on gold today?

Surely it can't be as simplistic as the impatience implied by this quip from cbsmarketwatch: "Meanwhile, gold futures turned lower on the New York Mercantile Exchange as the market read Powell's remarks and the latest geopolitical maneuvers at the United Nations as meaning an outbreak of hostilities may not necessarily take place sooner rather than later."
