You can't negotiate with a liar. Period.

No thats not my point, I was saying that Bush's people saying "it only takes one bullet" to kill Saddam on TV is too harsh rhetoric for a global power. We all know that the US has backed coups before and has been behind all kinds of interesting international events but getting up there and overtly stating your support for assassination is too far, and the EU has its feathers all ruffled... this is in response to Bush's kind of rhetoric more than the event itself.

The rest of the world thinks Bush is too trigger happy and some asian countries are concerned about the situation with Korea and what Bush will do. This is all about diplomacy, Bush needs to try to smooth these global tensions not treat every issue like it is WW3. I pretty much support Bush's policies but not his rhetoric or his global persona which is that of a cowboy with an itchy trigger finger.
