The propellants in the shuttle for orbit are hydrazine.

Bill - There is probably a fair amount of oxygen for propulsion as well in a propellant tank, so there is probably enough for quite a while.

As JBC points out the oxidizer used on-orbit is not oxygen. And not only that, any left over oxygen used by the shuttle main engines is all ejected with the external tank.
