Diamonds North Resources Ltd (C-DDN) - News Release Diamonds North, Majescor to explore jointly Diamonds North Resources Ltd DDN Shares issued 13,047,885 Feb 4 2003 close $ 0.85 Wednesday February 5 2003 News Release Mr. Mark Kolebaba of Diamonds North reports DIAMONDS NORTH AND MAJESCOR FORM SECOND DIAMOND ALLIANCE Diamonds North Resources and Majescor Resources have formed an alliance to jointly explore for diamonds in a northern region of Victoria Island, Nunavut. The companies have been granted four prospecting permits totalling 218,674 acres of prospective diamond terrain. The permits were acquired to cover an area with discrete kimberlite indicator mineral anomalies. Diamonds North and Majescor are planning a systematic sampling program for this new area during the summer of 2003. The permits were acquired as a strategic addition to Diamonds North nearby Victoria Island holdings where it has interest in 20 diamondiferous kimberlites.
