Expect a long-awaited backlash against Bush in 2004. SO long as the Dems run a tall, manly, war hero candidate - John Kerry - who also can match Bush's fundraising advantages - they can win. Kerry will have his choice of some strong running mates, Edwards or McCain being the most likely.
