The are required by the UN to disarm, prove that they are disarming, and help the UN to verify that they are disarming. It is 100% obvious if nothing else that they are not helping the UN to prove that they have disarmed. That is non compliance, period.

I personally think our courts of law do a lousy job. Wouldn't want to use them as a barometer ;o)

Don't forget Sadam is ruthless and without remorse for any of the horrors he is responsible for. He is like a coward dog.. turn your back and he'll take a bit outta yer butt ;o)
