JLA is your lawyer? You don't get out much do you?

Notice when he talked about perjury he talked bout perjury in front of the Grand Jury, because he knows there can be no perjury in the Jones case.

JLA and i discussed this some time back and it went like this:

Me:(http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=18266627)

" Why didn't the house impeach him for the things he did do, like have sex with an intern, lie to the public, and lie in a deposition (which as a lawyer i'm sure you know is not the same thing as perjury)?"

JLA's response: (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/msg_multireplies.gsp?msgid=18266627)

"He lied to a grand jury...which IS perjury...."

See, even JLA concedes lying in the Jones deposition wasn't perjury.

Judge Webber didn't accuse him of perjury. Neither of the prosecutors that investigated this accused him of perjury. And even the congress which impeached him didn't accuse him of perjury in the Jones case.

It doesn't get any more clear than that.
