I still think there's a very good chance that those in Iraq with a survival instinct will dump the half-ape tin-horn and take over.

If they fail, the war will be-basically-nothing. The myth that Iraq can fight comes from the same traitors who have been defending Saddam because they respect his anti-American position. It's another one of their Big Lies, and even They don't know the difference anymore...
