The trouble? It appears that Yahoo is reporting a chunk of the forced liquidation as planned?

Also, the chunk that they report as "planned" looks, to me, to be too large for the typical 10b5-1??

I've only seen one form 4 from McKnight. All shares were covered under the "involuntary and nondiscretionary stock sale" label.
