Look at the statistical BS this guy performs in his article. IT'S SO HYPOCRITICAL IT MAKES ME LAUGH. He dismisses half of the 3 yr- peak occurances because they don't 'fit' his picture of what's gonna happen.

Just like most economists do, he's 'fitting' the data and selectively presenting it to match his expectations. It's simply human nature, and we all do it at times.
