Data transformation? Hmm I'm skeptical.
Seems like something right up against the OLAP companies like Hyperion.

ASCL competes with INFA. Lots of cash from the buyout of the Informix business. Good managers. Too expensive on a P/S basis IMHO. Requires a seperate data base for data warehousing using a program called PICK I believe. I personally would stick with INFA. They seem to be the leader with the major customers and partnerships. If ASCL ever got to a "reasonable" P/S I would probably buy it.
