was that at CC?? yeah, i love that. consumer electronics products are basically disposable at this point. the new CC mission statement for the 21st Century -- "Provide the same shitty customer service as WalMart; Charge more" (note that they will be sued for trademark infringement by Sears in a couple of weeks for this...) i wonder if CC shareholders can buy a warranty on their CEO's brain. then again, its a pre-existing condition so likely not.
