That's from 11/22. I was telling Peter that I have not seen a form 4 (or any other disclosure) for the weird 144K block shown at Yahoo as a planned sale.

but I agree....... 10b5-1 regulations need to be revised, such that sales can only be made when certain profitability hurdles are in place. This "planned sale" jazz is just an excuse to derive wealth before the job is done, and to derive wealth in the event that it can't be done. Goeddel apparently doesn't have a 10b5-1 in place.
