You are outlining the situation beautifully. Clearly we are due to revisit the bottoms of these channels. With regard to tomorrow, the question is how fast do we revisit these supports, and I do think that will depend partly on the resilience of the market today.
In case of the DOW and SPX, we are also likely to breach those channel supports soon, and how soon will IMO in part depend on how quickly we return to the bottoms of the channels.
If you are right then, and tomorrow is a big down day bringing us to supports on the DOW and SPX, this would indicate further movement below these supports sooner rather than later.
Am wondering what role OpEx will play in this schedule, but probably not much.
