Wow, did I do something to offend you, hueyone?

The support for my statement that all CPAs and finance folks out there know and were taught that Black Scholes is flawed comes directly from my own experience. You don't have to believe I have a Master's in Public Accountancy or that I was once a CPA, but that's a fact. In addition, I have taken many many courses on finance and portfolio management.

Sometimes my posts are very fact based when I take the time to research and other times I reply off the cuff relying on my faulty, aging memory. Despite that, I suspect my posts are more informed and accurate than many of the jokesters on this thread, despite my occassional lapses.

But you claiming that I don't know the first thing about cash flow statements is laughable. When I was used to work for a corporate finance department many moons ago, I worked directly with our investment bankers on our forecasts and financial statements to take us public. My job was forecasting and project cost/benefit analysis. Since then, I've been working in the Information Technology world as a consultant, which to me anyway is infinitely more interesting.

So what can I say. Some of your own arguments have been less than lucid and approaching circuitous. Before you start throwing rocks, you should should check that your own house isn't made of glass. :)
